You have 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return and refund. If 30 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a valid return:
- The product must be complete with all original parts, blades, cables, and packaging included.
- You must provide your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
- The item must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse outside normal testing.
3. How to Start a Return

- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the designated US return mailing address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping courier.
4. Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item is delivered and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to post to your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged during transit or contains a defective unit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video clip. We will promptly dispatch a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.
