1. Order Processing Time
All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public US holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us immediately at info@rabiahab.com before your package is dispatched.
5. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If the item is still missing after 48 hours, contact our support team and we will assist in opening a carrier tracer or sending a replacement.
